Italian MVNO Poste Mobile has launched a new internet offer for smartphones and tablets called ‘Mobile 1 Giga New’ .The offer provides users 1 GB of data transfer per month at the maximum connection speed of 7.2 Mbps within Italy and costs EUR 4.50 per month. If the traffic threshold is exceeded, the rate for additional MB costs EUR 0.50.
O2 Germany modifies mobile data roaming tariffs

Telefonica O2, German mobile operator, has introduced new standard tariffs for mobile data roaming with its new O2 Blue mobile tariffs. New customers choosing a new O2 Blue smartphone tariff will get the Smartphone Day Pack EU as standard. They can also use mobile internet in World Zones 1 and 2 for EUR 3.50 per day. Customers who select the telephony tariff will get the Travel-Option Data plan, which costs EUR 0.15 per 100 KB data and offers a cost airbag of EUR 59.50 per month. Customers selecting a data plan from the O2 go range will get the Internet Day Pack EU as standard. The price of this package is a flat-rate EUR 10 per day for 100 MB of high-speed mobile data.
Orange Kenya introduces unlimited mobile internet bundles

Orange Kenya has introduced unlimited internet bundles for its mobile and 3G broadband customers. Orange mobile customers can get the unlimited usage from KES 39 daily, KES 249 weekly or KES 990 monthly. Orange Internet Everywhere 3G modem customers can get unlimited access for KES 990 weekly or KES 2,990 per month. The mobile bundles can be purchased by dialing #123# and the broadband bundles can be bought from the Orange portal. They are subject to a fair usage policy. Orange Internet Everywhere 3G modems are available at all Orange shops and partner outlets countrywide and their current price is KES 1,790.

Orange, Tunisian mobile operator has launched a number of new mobile internet plans. The prices vary between TND 1 for up to 150 MB of use in a single day, TND 5 for up to 350 MB over a month and TND 25 for unlimited access for a month.
T-Mobile Czech Republic launches new smartphone offers

T-Mobile Czech Republic has announced a few new smartphones offers. In January, the Nokia N9, Nokia 500, HTC Explorer and HTC Radar will be available for reduced prices: the HTC Explorer for CZK 1 instead of the standard price CZK 3,999; HTC Radar for CZK 3,499 (standard price CZK 8,899); Nokia 500 for CZK 1 (standard price CZK 4,299) and Nokia N9 for CZK 5,499 (standard price CZK 13,199). In February, the Nokia N9 will be replaced by the Nokia Lumia 800. The operator also extended the Christmas promotion which offers double data volume under selected mobile internet plans, until the end of March. The discounts on selected models are available for all customers who activate a plan for 24 or 36 months when signing a new or extending their existing contract for a voice plan or when switching from Twist to a voice plan for the same fixed term. The minimum monthly cost is CZK 500.
